BIOGRAPHY

Technology is my passion. I have an engineering degree in telecoms from the Polytechnic  University of Madrid and obtained an MBA from IE  and another from IESE. I have a significant experience as a senior executive in the technology field and particularly in ICT, security and defense, transport and traffic

I am currently managing partner in Kleinrock Advisors, a platform that advises and promotes start-ups whose core business is IT. I am also member of the Board of Directors of listed companies: Sopra Steria, Axway and Ezentis and member of the Advisory Boards of Aertec, ASTI and Latitude.

During 25 years, I actively participated in the transformation of Indra from a small-cap to a multinational. From 2007-2015 I was Senior Executive Vicepresident of Indra, member of the Executive Committee and of the Management Committee and I had global responsibilities over areas such as strategy, innovation and the development of new offers, talent  management, communication and product branding, public affairs, business governance, and social and environmental responsibility, as well as mergers and acquisitions.

I am also very active in associations and initiatives that promote entrepreneurship and Women Leadership in the business field and. I am currently member of the Women Leadership Committee in AmCham and mentor at Endeavor and Ashoka. I have been Vicepresident at IWF, member of the Executive Committee of Real Instituto Elcano, member of the Executive Committee in the Spanish Chamber of Commerce and member of the High Level Group on Aviation Research of the UE  and Advisory Council for Aeronautics Research and Innovation in Europe (ACARE).
