BIOGRAPHY

Inmaculada is a Spanish Notary who has a diverse and multiple background. She started as a politician, when Spain and a centrist party she belonged to, were struggling for democracy. Once Spain became a democracy, she switched to the private sector, working for a bank.

After living in different cities, she became a Notary and specialized in legal protection of the disabled.

Now, she helps UNICEF, fighting for a better future for children around the world.

She is also engaged with local traditions, doing her best to promote natural and healthy foods, and among all olive oil.
