My goal is to help companies grow and achieve better results, and I feel inspired by challenges that manage to push me out of my comfort zone. For years, I’ve been passionate about the luxury industry, which involves an exquisite attention to detail that makes developing the customer experience all the more exciting. I am fully convinced that perseverance is what drives an organization, and I like to apply a global vision while focusing on the search for creative solutions based on hard facts to respond to the challenges presented by today’s market. None of the achievements that I am proud to have championed would have been possible without what is clearly any company’s most valuable asset: its people. I have been lucky enough to work with excellent professionals who have rewarded my trust with many shared accomplishments. We have worked with the best on projects that include opening subsidiaries in other countries, reaching an agreement for a license with Agatha Ruiz de la Prada that granted us international recognition, or contributing to the Master Class program in Madrid Fashion Week 2014.
Bachelor´s Degree in Economics (CEU San Pablo & Complutense University in Madrid). As a dedicated and unfailingly curious student, I have never stopped learning, and I have been lucky to do so in some of the best Business Schools in the world: IE Business School (MBA), ISEM Fashion Business School (Fashion MBA), UCLA Anderson School of Management( In 2015 I was selected for the Santander W50 Program), Harvard Business School and London College of Fashion (University of the Arts London) as well as two of the most prestigious Business Schools in Luxury Education, ESSEC Business School (Paris) and SDA Bocconi School of Management (Milan), where I obtained an Executive Master’s Degree in Luxury Management (EMiLUX). Most recently, I completed an Executive Program in Digital Management in The Valley Digital Business School and I was selected for an Executive Program at ESADE (Proyecto Promociona).
My passion for fashion and the luxury industry led me to collaborate in the Fashion MBA at ESDEN Business School, where I have been teaching for over four years. I have worked as an Associate Director and as a Project Mentor, mentoring over 100 fashion business start-up projects in Spain, Mexico and Colombia.
