BIOGRAPHY

I am an organized and detail-oriented event planner with all round experience of event development, management and marketing for over fifteen years. Expert in creating and implementing unique and creative solutions for clients’ needs, with the ability to foresee and solve problems and to work under deadlines with pressure. I have successfully developed strong relationships with clients and partners and offer consistently high quality events.

Since 2001 I am the CEO of my own Marketing and Event Management Company, Lider Congresos S.L., where we develop management of meetings, conventions, trade shows and exhibitions, special events and incentive travel, as well as marketing and comunication campains. It is a company with the flexibility of being able to coordinate any event from concept to completion or offer comunication services on an individual basis, always trying to find the perfect formula to accommodate any type of client. We also develop administration and management for associations.

I also collaborate with various institutions and organizations as a trainer in business management and events management, also as mentor for entrepreneurs and sometimes as a speaker at conferences and professional events.

At the same time, I am very committed to women empowerment and the development of females in the society. During my entire career I have always belonged to ASEM, a business and professional women association in the region where I live, and through there to the Federation of Business and Professional Women in Spain (BPW Spain).

I am currently the Vice President of the Federation BPW Spain for 5 years and previously I was the Secretary for 6 years.
