As a consultant, she has advised numerous retail companies in business strategy and talent. She has also worked as strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co. and in mergers and acquisitions at Goldman Sachs.

In depth knowledge in Strategy, International Business Development, Consumer Intelligence and Marketing, Transformation, Turnarounds, M&A integration and Family Owned Business.

She teaches and mentors at top Business Schools. Speaker in international events (in corporate governance, family business, talent and retail).
