BIOGRAPHY

Born in Madrid, Maite Inglés is an Economist and a Psychologist, degrees that she has complemented with several Postgraduate programs such as an MBA at IE Business School; a Doctoral Certificate of Advanced Studies in Research Methodology, studying Resilience, Emotions Management, and Positive Psychology; or a Master Program in Communication and Oratory.

She worked for fifteen years in prestigious multinationals, in the areas of International Finance, Internal Audit, and HR, with experience across multiple sectors: food, international trading, stock exchange, headhunting, Telecom, or IT Consulting. And in multiple countries: UK, US, Mexico, Italy, Belgium, The Netherlands, Switzerland, Portugal, Colombia, and Spain. Worked three years in London. From that experience it remains in her the interest of performing as Interim Manager for Talent Development, Change Management, Internal Audit, Strategy or Finance.

The following fifteen years she has been performing as Executive, Team, and Life Coach, certified Professional Coach PCC by International Coach Federation. Covering areas such as Organizational management, Emotional Intelligence, Leadership, Leader-Coach, Decision Making, Conflict management, Communication, Creativity and Innovation, Motivation, or Time management.

Accredited Coach for EASME H2020, European SME instrument. Business Expert helping CDTI to advise SME Executives that apply for Phase 2 funding. Business Expert for GLG.

Health Psychologist, with her own Clinical centre authorized by Comunidad de Madrid, CS-11558. Civil, Commercial, and Family Mediator accredited at Ministerio de Justicia de España (no. 53014).
