BIOGRAPHY

For over 10 years now, I’ve been the CEO of Ehlers Group, a boutique consulting company that specializes in international project and project portfolio management, IT management and IT controlling.
I was born and raised in Barcelona where I went to the German School and later studied Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Catalonia (Ingeniería Industrial), a master degree in Contemporary Arts at the University of Barcelona and a Master in Advanced Analytics at the UIC.
In the first years of my career I worked in the product development in the automotive industry and I am still passionate about the complexity and the collaboration processes of developing and industrializing a car. This experience is still very present in my daily performance.
The art world has also been important in my private and professional life. So I co-founded and ran the first nomadic gallery on contemporary art in Barcelona as a “passion side project” from 2011 to 2017. ¬
Since 2010, I’ve become an expert in doing the program management of IT integrations and divestitures during large M&A projects. Additionally, I also love doing smaller projects on advanced analytics and/or data kaizen and I’ve been thrilled when I’ve been hired to coach a team or an individual coachee.
I began teaching Product Planning at Elisava, a private university in Barcelona in 2014 and since then, I keep being invited to teach masterclasses or do key note speaking in other universities.
