BIOGRAPHY

Teresa Díez-Picazo holds a degree in Law from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She is a lawyer of the Bar Association of Valencia with wide experience and expertise in commercial and corporate law, financial, business law and corporate governance, including listed companies and regulated markets. She has also practiced law in her own private office and in her family firm.

She is currently Co-Founder and CEO of 2050 Life Investments, S.L. and The World in 2050, S.L., and Secretary of the Board of Directors of Libertas 7, S.A., a listed company based in Valencia.

She has a postgraduate accreditation at the European University of Valencia in Boards of Directors and Good Governance, is member of the Gender Equality Comission of the Bar Association of Valencia´s Equality Observatory and also chairs the Corporate and regulatory compliance section at the Bar Association of Valencia. She participates in ETNOR Foundation for ethics in business and organizations, the Cátedra de Cultura Empresarial at the ADEIT Foundation of Valencia University and collaborates with B Corp and B Lab Spain, along with Instituto de Gobernanza Empresarial.
