BIOGRAPHY

María Helena Antolin Raybaud is Director, Vice-Chair and Member of the Board of Directors of Grupo Antolin.

Degree in International Business & Business Administration at Eckerd College, St. Petersburg, Florida (USA) and Master in Business Administration from Anglia University, Cambridge (UK) and the Polytechnic School of Valencia (Spain)

As for her professional experience within Grupo Antolin, she has carried out diverse positions related to quality, strategy and excellence in France, Germany and Italy and she is currently Vice-Chair and Director of Marketing, Communication and Corporate Affairs of the company.

Likewise, she held the position of Manager of the company Grupo Antolin-IPV in Valencia (Spain) as well as Director of Human Resources Development, Director of Strategy and Corporate Industrial Director of Grupo Antolin.

She has completed other roles as external independent adviser of Iberdrola Renovables and member of the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of Iberdrola.

At present, she is also adviser of Iberdrola, and Chairperson of its Appointment Committee; Chairman of SERNAUTO; Adviser of Foreign Trade of France-Spanish division; Member of the Board of Directors of the Family Business Institute, member of the Executive Committee and the CEOE Board of Directors and member of the Territorial Advisory Board in Madrid and Centro of Sabadell Urquijo Private Banking.
